The Final PDC was accepted by the ARRA Board at their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, February 1, 2006.

After more than 50 years of naval use, Alameda Point is moving forward to becoming the newest Alameda neighborhood. A reuse plan has been created and SunCal Companies has been selected as the master developer. Alameda Point is on its way to becoming a new recreational, commercial, and residential asset for our community.
