After more than 50 years of naval use, Alameda Point is moving forward to becoming the newest Alameda neighborhood. A reuse plan has been created and SunCal Companies has been selected as the master developer. Alameda Point is on its way to becoming a new recreational, commercial, and residential asset for our community.
